Very clean and comfortable, staff was very gracious. Nice views over the lake (if you book a lake view room), nice spa. We didn't try the breakfast as we're not big on breakfast so for us the CHF 45 a head seemed steep. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Complimentary assortment of drinks in the room. Everything: the room, SPA, hotel, facilities, location. The best personnel, very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and very polite. I also had two sweet surprises on the day of arrival (an excellent chocolate cake for my husband's birthday and another chocolate that I found later).
