Great location, very clean, neat and stylish. Helpful and friendly staff. We spent a day in the hotel but I think it would be comfortable to stay there to visit the park every day.

The staff were amazing- so helpful and went out of their way to get info for us. They spoke perfect English and we’re all kind and friendly. They sent us away with breakfast to go bags on our very early days - amazing! The room was simple and lovely with great views!

Staff was super helpful and friendly, helped with booking taxis and provided some tour information. The breakfast included freshly baked bread (Chilean pan amasado) and churrascas. The landscape view from the rooms is breathtaking. Shower water pressure and temperature was perfect, specially after a long trekking day. The hotel also has a nice lobby area where you can enjoy a 24/7 free tea. I strongly recommend this hotel.
