This was a 2 night stopover for us and it was perfect. Being out of the tourist area meant we had a quiet place to go to home to but so easy to access everything on the excellent Metro system. The room was fabulous: spacious, super big comfy bed, excellent shower and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Shanghai. We also had fabulous service from Mr Johnson, who made it his personal mission to make sure we were and had everything we needed.

The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The staff supported us through the whole process. We’re so grateful! The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the tea at reception was a lovely touch. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The water and beverages in the room are free. What impressed me most was the garden design on the third floor. The price is also very reasonable.
