Great position, just a few minutes walk from the tube/subway station and about twenty minutes walk to the West lake via Wulin road. Kind and helpful staff. Very comfy, king-size bed. Surely recommended!

In the heart of the city, around the corner from the old town and a short walk to the lake. Beautiful room (I got a free upgrade), comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished. The staff went out of their way to help, advice and assist with an excursion. A gem.

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.
