Hotel receptionists (Victoria and one of her morning shift colleagues) were very approachable and helpful in resolving our queries regarding our car rental, helping us to call and send emails to the car rental company which really made our stay more pleasant.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff! They were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was lovely (even had l'occitane soap and shampoo in the bathroom!) and the location is fantastic. Would recommend.

Absolutely everything, every deatail was accounted for, from the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. We had to check out of the room at 12.00 and our flight was at 19.00 they allowed us to keep the luggage for 7 HOURS in the back room and even use the rooftop terrace and pool all day even tho we werent formally guests of the Hotel anymore, even offered us drinks and most of all everything was done with a smile so, conclusion: One of the best hotels in Barcelona, for the services they provide may be even the best! We stayed at others in the same area and still this was the best experience in the city so far. Great job guys, definitely recommend it
