location is 20m from the beach, brand new refurbished hotel. Our room was with a big terrace with view on the see. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing space for the parking. Small Bar attached to the hotel for breakfast and tapas ! perfect. I will choose the same hotel

The location is perfect. It’s only a 4 minute drive or it’s a 20 minute walk to San Jose. We stayed in a room which had a massive bed and a nice terrace. Facilities were great. The swimming pool was open in october and they have a pool table and tennis courts (needs renovating a little but was fine) which are both free. The restaurant opens in the evening and the food is fantastic. They even let us take our special bottle of wine without a corkage fee. The staff were incredibly nice and we were allowed late check out as nobody was coming that day with no extra charge.

Rachel, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended plenty of nearby beaches and restaurants. The apartment itself was really spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a terrace with an amazing see view. It was also very well equipped, there were air-cons on both floors, and there was a fantastic espresso coffee machine, which we really enjoyed. Although we didn't use the wellness area as the weather was really hot, it was also very tempting. The location is also fantastic, the closest beach is only a 2 minute walk, but Playa de los Genoveses, which is a beautiful secluded beach that isn't crowded even in the hottest days is also within walking distance.

The apartment is well located, well equipped, it was easy to park the car, superb distribution of space, confortable and the balcony area was fantastic. Also though there were lots of houses/ small buildings nearby, there was a nice view of the beach far off :)
