Worst hostel in madrid after paying the money they said im overbooked no room for me and there was a room with confirmed booking and after trouble and hours i get my room first yhey said o need to pay again but after they gave my the room They spoil our trip since the first minute I lost my residance card in the histel one report it Also I found If card and gave to clean lady but when asked the manger or the respondible they said no body report my card or other card and 100000% im sure i reported i found id card I wont rever go again there and recomend to all not to go there becsuse it was the worst experince in the 60 cites traveled

The centre of the city, to wander around, get into the bar for a drink and tapas, BUT be careful with your bag! Fantástico para caminar, entrar a los bares y tomar algo con unas tapas, eso si, CUIDADO con la cartera!

I thought the location was excellent and so easy walking distance! Puerta del Sol has so many attractions and activities, as well as the stores, especially Corte Inglés, which I loved! The Royal Palace was a 5-minute walk, and if time permits, the visit inside was amazing too! Lots of coffee places and more...to enjoy close to the Fuentes road. The Hostel was very clean at all times, and the staff were really friendly and gave great service!!! Well done to Christina too; she was amazing!

The hostal is clean and well managed. The room was spacious enough and had all the basic amenities, plus a balcony as a bonus. The staff were friendly and efficient, check-in and check-out were smooth. The hostal is in the heart of Madrid, a couple of minutes from Puerta del Sol. Good value for money for Madrid.

The location was excellent, great access to the metro, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol. The breakfast had so many varieties of foods- great mix of traditional Spanish food and other hotel breakfast fare- fruit, veggies,meats, cheese, yogurts. Yummy fresh squeezed orange juice. Great selectionvfor vegetarians. The staff was kind, spoke great English. Wifi worked well. The hotel also gave us some bonus extras that we didn't expect, very generous.

The location was great - just 2 minutes from Puerta del Sol and 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. The room was clean, and the cleaning ladies did their job daily. The bed was comfortable, and the check-out process was easy. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and clubs near the hotel if you want to visit them.
