The location was very central in walking distance (2-5min) to shops, cafes and restaurants. Nili restaurant is directly next to it. Beds were comfy. room was clean and the windows can be opened (unlike in other hotels) for some fresh air. Rooms are also very well sound proof. breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, even for vegan people. Kind staff at the reception.

Absolutely divine! This hotel is beyond words. Located on a private island, it created a perfect winter wonderland (we stayed in February) with a calm, pristine, and unique landscape by the frozen river. The staff were incredible—even before our arrival, they helped us book activities, making the experience completely hassle-free. The food was a true culinary experience—the bespoke three-course menu was absolutely marvelous, and breakfast offered a vast selection, including homemade vegan options. We probably ate the best bread of our lives here! Our stay was simply perfect. Plus, the hotel is being renovated to become an adults-only retreat, and we can’t wait to visit again in summer!

Host had the apartment ready for a family to be comfortable from minute 1. The instructions for keys collection and parking sport were clear and easy to follow. Our stay was excellent. The owner accommodated our early check-in request and was very professional, polite, and warm. The location is perfect — just 10 minutes by taxi to Santa Claus Village. The apartment is extremely clean, new, and has a very homey feeling, almost like staying in a 5-star hotel. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and hassle-free.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before the airport. The bus stop to the airport, Santa Park, and Santa Claus Village is close by. The apartment has everything you need. We can definitely recommend it. Pet-friendly — you can stay with dogs.

We had a really nice stay here for 3nights everything we needed was in the apartment, and Supermarket was just down the road, Santa Claus Village was only a 5mins Taxi ride away and the Sauna was heaven after a day out in the cold would definitely stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean. Location was brilliant. Bus stop just up the road, got bus from airport to city centre and santa claus village, short walk to Apartment from bus stop.6 mins about. K market in the same building. 2 adults and 2 children was perfect for us.

We recently stayed at this beautiful apartment, we had the most amazing stay. A stunning modern property with everything you need & more to make the holiday special. Hosts went above & beyond we are so very grateful for all they done. Kids absolutely loved the apartment an have already asked to go back again. Great location only a 15 minute taxi ride to the Santa Claus village & the airport. I couldn’t recommend this place enough & will definitely be booking again for next year. SUPER COSY!

Exceptional hotel with the concept of a studio apartment room with all amenities and brilliant location right in the heart of santa claus village. Public transport, food options, leisure activities are all close by. Was able to see northern lights shine brightly in the night sky one night from the porch of my room. Highly recommend.
