When we arrived, we found that they had upgraded us to a room with a private patio, which was lovely. We found everything to be very comfortable and the hotel to be amazingly quiet.

We loved this hotel from top to bottom: the beautifully-styled and comfortable room, the spacious and elegant bar, the light and attractive restaurant (we ate twice in La Brasserie), the excellent dinners and breakfast, the great sauna and spa complex and the extensive gardens which you can wander round and enjoy. The staff were all charming and helpful, with a 'can do' attitude. We also loved the way the enchanted forest theme is brought into the hotel. It made our view from the room, looking through trees, even more entrancing. We can't wait to go back.

The hotel is very new and very stylish, the design is amazing! The reception staff were the kindest people in the world and helped me in a difficult situation that I don’t want even to start describing. The location is quite good as well, pretty close to the main attractions. The place is spotless clean! I really enjoyed my stay! Would probably stay again there happily
