Awesome location and a first class facility all the way around! Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Grounds were clean and organized. Felt safe in all areas.

The location, room and staff were all great. The kind lady at the front desk also gave us a room upgrade due to it being my birthday.

Daily cleaning, plenty of closet space, we even had a balcony with a beautiful church view. Stuff was polite, especially Genovefa (Gen). There were 3 tube stations near by, and some really nice bars and restaurants. Next door to Tower Bridge and Sky Garden.

Lovely interior, close to the overground station, rooms very clean and come with all amenities you could think of. Nice townhouse chic. Loved the details and the cleaning personnel was very friendly.
