Everything was perfect! Staff was always available to help with anything that we needed during our stay, and made us feel welcome. The hotel is brand new, with modern facilities and beautiful floral decorations. Thank you for everything!

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, they received a parcel for me before my arrival and set everything up perfectly. I'm sure my room was an upgrade from what I booked and the design was stunning, the slippers are super comfy and the bathroom was clean and lovely. With a few upgrades and attention to wear and tear this could easily be a 5 star. I felt like the Queen of Sheba with every arrival and departure. I would revisit in a heartbeat to discover more of their comfy areas and offerings.
