The hotel itself is simply stunning, from the restaurant and bar area on the ground floor to the hotel above with its beautiful rooms, communial area and terrace. What made even more of an impact thouugh were the fanastic staff. I simply cannot praise each and every one of them enough.

    Beautiful location. We were given a free upgrade to a Tiger Bay Suite which was amazing. We ate at the hotel two evenings - one in the Restaurant, the other we had Room Service - food was excellent both times. Breakfasts really good too. Very comfy bed. Loved sitting watching the boats going in and out of Mermaid Quay - so relaxing
