Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years. Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast. But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.

Breakfast was excellent, nice and varied selection in the buffet and there was also an a la carte option we didn't test. The room was clean and sleek, and the view from the 16th floor was amazing, it's you could actually see Big Ben in the distance.

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance.

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance. We thought this was an incredible building. Our kids loved the exhibits and they were well done for the interior. It doesn't really compare to the Field's museum in NYC, though. But we are really glad we went and would recommend it.

Very organised, exhibits are amazing especially the blue whale exhibit. A great experience and a must if you are visiting London. Donations are optional and you are not pressured to do this. For a free venue it really is fantastic.

Close to Victoria underground, train and bus stations. Short 15 min walk to Buckingham Palace and about 25 mins from Victoria & Albert & Natural History Museums and 15 mins from Kings Road, Chelsea. Great breakfast - included chia seed pudding! Good sized room and bathroom. Loved the William Morris decor.

In England there's a tradition about museums as Alsace of culture, there are lots of activities devoted to kids. It is a place of interaction between objects and visitors and not only places to watch. If you have kids I suggest the natural history museum that is free as all the other Victorian museum, Tate, British, Albert....

National Gallery has nice cafe and afternoon tea at a reasonable price. Sundays at the Natural History Museum are mobbed with people with their children. Do not go on that day if you don't like crowds.
