I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member (especially Pavlo who is from Ukraine too and works on the reception) I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will stay here again

Excellent interest. (Tick off the bucket list!)

Excellent interest. (Tick off the bucket list!) 1) Book in advance and avoid Monday. 2) Use a full day and see the Brunell Museum too. 3) Parking is a problem: you need lots of coins, or the Ringo app. We had no coins and I couldn't make the app work. The museum staff kindly gave us some coins; and the museum policy refunded parking to a card! (How silly is that?) So Bristol County: grow some sense and enable use of cards. 4) Try to avoid the tangled junction at the west end of the harbour (we lost our lane three times).

The hotel was in an good location close to the Cathedral and the SS Great Britain. The multi storey carpark next door to the hotel was very convenient and there was even an exit on each floor of the hotel directly to the carpark. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. We had an excellent meal each evening. The room was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Bristol.

A really nice experience. All you expect from a good hotel and the staff were super nice too. PLUS the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. And furthermore, the Leonardo is within walking distance of the centre of town and also the train station. Plus it is right near the river where you can catch a ferry to such sights as the SS Great Britain.
