The hotel seems to be after a recent renovation. Design is modern and not stuffy. The room is fairly big and there's a small kitchenette with a range, a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location was surprisingly good. Chiswick is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants, steps away from the hotel. Turnham green station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a laundry room (8GBP for full wash&dry cycle). The gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench). We asked for a quiet room and got a room on the courtyard level (-1), meaning below ground level. The window was facing a concrete wall 2 feet away, so no view, but very quiet and we were fine with the tradeoff.

A beautiful hotel that felt luxurious. Excellent service from every member of staff we met. Comfortable rooms with lots of little extras included. A minutes walk from South Kensington tube station made it so easy to reach all parts of the city.
