Proper 5* hotel and service😍 Can’t wait to return some day! Shoutout to the great young barman Aaron in the resident/cocktail bar too for the wonderful service well into the early hours of this morning! 👌

Breakfast was very good, staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the lift was out of service but they propose an assistance with luggage if needed. They also offer to keep the luggage if you need to visit the city! Very welcoming!

The room and location were great, it was easy to park and the hotel provides discount vouchers for it (which we didn't really count on so it was a nice surprise), the pub is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We hit Galway during a spate of bad weather and probably can't give Eyre Square it's due. It is a very nice green space in the middle of downtown Galway. Try to go when it isn't pouring!

Don't bother, too many stall of crap, too many stalls of same same food. Had been hoping for proper artisan stalls, dint find any just stalls with rude stall holders. In fairness the Christmas ornament stall were fantastic, so lovely to deal with, but other than that the stall holders spoke to customers like they owned them a living. Very very disappointed. Last time I'll go. Would rather support my local small businesses.

We arrived in Galway ahead of schedule. The Eyre Square Hotel is in a perfect location for everything. We arrived at the hotel and our room was ready. The staff at reception were very friendly and our room was perfect. We had drinks in the bar which was lovely and then the next morning we had a very nice breakfast. We loved our stay, and it was great value for money. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Gorgeous hotel just off Eyre Square. The staff were so friendly especially the manager in Boss Doyle's and another woman. Both were working on Sat and Sunday night when we ate there. We love the location and love Galway. Till next time.

The Hotel was exceptionally accommodating. I requested a twin room with a view of the Christmas Markets at Eyre Square, if possible. They emailed in advance of our stay to let us know that it would depend on availability. On the day/night of booking, the Hotel was very kind in giving us a window with a birdeye view, which was amazing (Room 205). Also, we were given a late check-out & discounted parking nearby. It all helped to make our family holiday extremely memorable. Thanks to all involved.

We were in Galway for the Christmas Market and was so convenient to leave the car at the hotel charging at one of their EV charging points and get the bus from just across the road right into Eyre Square for €1.90. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy. Room upgrade was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good, nice choice and everything was topped up regularly

Breakfast is lovely with a selection of hot and cold foods to cater for a wide variety of taste. Location is superb as its a 15 min walk to Eyre square but it's lovely and quiet at night. The staff are superb. Having stayed in a number of Hotels in Galway this is my favourite.
