Great staff, very helpful. They responded very quickly to all our enquires. Very silent location, yet a 15€ (Sunday night surcharges applied) taxi ride away from the busy center. The room was very well kept and clean, modern and with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Bellini. Each time we have been completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. In more than 20 years of European travel, it is the only hotel we have stayed at more than once. I think that says it all.

Amazing location ,amazing people !Being in a palazzo,on the third floor with a cool twist inside the elevator.Nice and comfortable rooms ,and the best breakfast we ever had !But the people of the hotel are the real gem !They are resolving any issue with a smile .We will be back for sure !Thank you

The neighborhood is a bit rough but when you enter it is very clean and quiet. You cannot hear any noise from the streets. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Walking distance from the central station and historical center. The staff of Auroom is very nice and service minded. We felt warmly welcomed and we can really recommend this hotel.

The receptionist on the day of my arrival was extremely helpful. I hurt my knee because I fell on the way to the hotel and she immediately got me some iodine and band-aids. She also offered me tea and something to eat, such great hospitality! Unfortunately, I didn't ask her for her name, because I was in a bit of shock, but thank you so much!!

Marco is a very attentive host! The room is perfect, clean, spacious, quiet! Strong air conditioning, which was very important for us. Coffee capsule and cold water preparation as a bonus. Perfect!
