Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

The location is very close to esaka metro station. The hotel staff was so polite and so helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Hotel wifi was also very fast. The coffee shop outside was also nice. There was a fire drill planned and hotel really make sure that everyone is aware about it.

The room is clean and the toilet is separated from the shower. It had good lighting and we took gorgeous pictures in the mirror next to the door. It is spacious compared to normal hotel rooms in japan. They provide everything thing you need from vanity kits to elastic bands. The location is perfect, a short walk away from shin-osaka station.
