The hotel is beautful with floor to ceiling windows in reception to give a fabulous view of Tokyo, same as our room had. The staff were lovely and as we arrived at 10am they kept our luggage for us and had it waiting in our room when we returned. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and of course mainly Japanese options, but also cereals, pastries, breads and desserts. The view again from breakfast is amazing! Now to the room, we booked a Superior Double Room. It was beautifully decorated, but it was tiny. One side of the bed was just inches from the wall which made it so difficult to shimmy yourself into bed. There was no bedside tables just a table top coming out of the wall. The wardrobe was tiny, you could hang about 6 things in there. Our suitcases had to stay near the door and our holdall went on a small shelf, which just about allowed the door to shut. There were no draws, so nowhere to put anything - this really frustrated me and made things difficult every day. I had to pile clothes on top of the holdall and move the suitcases out of the way to get into the wardrobe. The price was ok for the area but I'd hate to see the regular double room. Just because of the room size I wouldn't stay there again.
