Highly recommend staying here! The location was great and right in the heart of shinjuku. The building the hotel is in has loads to do as well. The room was a good size with amazing views and so clean (I stayed in a garden suite room)

The place is exceptional! It's quiet in the rooms—no door slams, no street noise, nothing. The rooms are small but super cozy, very well-thought-out, with amazing light controls, a great bath, newly furnished, and overall very nice 🤌. The restaurant is outstanding in terms of food quality—no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

Very good location, few minutes walk to the Hachiko statue, the Scramble Cross. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome!

The location was exceptional—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, with several convenience stores conveniently located nearby. The room was compact, so we had to stay organized with our belongings, but it was cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the hotel provided good amenities.

- Hotel is in very good location - Staff were friendly and helpful if you speak Japanese (you need to use google translate) - Rooms and bathroom were clean - 5-10 mins walk to Shinjuku station and the cat of Shinjuku -7/11 minutes away - My family were in a triple room which was a very good size

I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo, especially if you’re a solo traveler. The room was quite small but really cozy and had all the facilities, and the position was just the best: just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, which is the biggest and most convenient one to move everywhere around Tokyo, but in a quiet alley away from all the noise of the city!

Very close to Shinjuku station and also near stores and restaurants. Was also able to spend time around Kabukicho since it was a quick walk from the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff made sure to come in every morning to clean the room. Very good service.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is near to Nishi Shinjuku subway and not far from the main Shinjuku station. It was also easy to get to Narita by Limousine bus by getting on at the Hilton Hotel. The room was very comfortable with a separate shower and bath. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the Heath Restaurant. We will definitely stay there when we return to Tokyo

Efficient and helpful reception staff. Room 677 in the Annex is a spacious corner room with 2 comfortable twin beds, good layout. Bathroom and room were spotless. No noise from outside or from other rooms. The location is central, close to Shinjuku station and major metro lines. Taxi stop in front of the lobby. The breakfast is the main building has a very rich and varied Asian and Western buffet. The convenience store were truly "convenient". :) From the 14 nights we spent in Japan, this was the best hotel, highly recommended.

It’s within walking distance to Shinjuku station and 300 metre away from Highashi Shinjuku station. While close the the busiest part of Tokyo, the apartment is quiet and compact. We are a couple with a 3 years toddler. Two double beds are adequate for us to share. Washing machine is really helpful especially we want to travel light and move cities. A pleasant stay overall, Albert contacted us beforehand, explained all amenities, etc.

Its apartment hotel where you could choose between western or japanese type. Western comes with bunkbed for 2 + 2 normal bed, while Japanese style is tatami for 2 + normal bed. Book room for family holiday. Location is about 10-12mins walking to nearest Shinjuku Station. Surrounding got konbinis (7eleven, familymart, lawson)
