Excellent service from all the staff I encountered. Breakfast was superb. The gym and spa is amazing. It's close to the park for outside runs and even though the park is closed, the staff facilitated my access so I could go running.

The service was exceptional from arrival to checkout. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The food, ambience, and general feel of the JW Marriott made the stay truly enjoyable.

I always stay at this hotel when in Nairobi. It is a small boutique hotel with very personal service. The breakfasts are amazing. Rooms are comfy, clean and quiet. It feels like a little bit of heaven in Nairobi. The hotel is very safe and everyone is very helpful. I always get them to pick me up at the airport on my arrival and I often hire their car and driver for a day of sightseeing etc. I highly recommend. The dinners are very good, but I do like to go out and try other restaurants when I am in town. The indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, but I rarely use them. I spend my days out in Nairobi seeing the sights or visiting with friends.

At first i didn't know why it was called the house as they also have another version of Hyatt in the same building. Arrived late hours that night after a very long flight. Getting to the room, realised it wasn't just a room but a fabulous house, it made resting for those few hours, so easy. A home away from home.The setup of the hotel, the spacious rooms, fantastic. Morning was greeted by a great and heavy breakfast.
