A little Auckland gem. We came early, yet were welcomed and the staff tried to accommodate us. Even though our room wasn't ready. Did they tell us to wait? Nope. They put us in a better room right away. Date change at the last minute, so helpful and considerate. A minor issue out of control of the hotel / staff was quickly and thoughtfully taken care of. Restaurant and staff, very nice and delicious breakfast. Also, what I value the very most, the honesty !! When they didn't have to be, they were. Straight up. Thank you for that. Will stay again. This place has a truly unique and amazing atmosphere. I loved every little detail. The room was tastefully furnished with design pieces that reflect the building’s history. A lovely surprise was the spacious balcony, perfect for both a relaxing evening and a peaceful breakfast. The staff were outstanding – the receptionist even helped me carry my suitcase to the room. I would definitely stay here again. This place truly has a soul.

Very spacious suite with amazing views, furniture modern but warm. The living area and one bedroom have floor to ceiling windows. There is a balcony, in my room it looked at the sky tower. The bathroom provides washer and dryer. The breakfast is continental and is served in the small reception/cafe area but who cares when you can take it up to your room and enjoy it on your balcony?
