very central located. the staff is really friendly and helpful- so welcoming, even helped to park the car in the underground garage. best greetings to the manager - he was careful and even gave to us cakes for the road. you will not regret staying in this hotel.

We had great stay in Sheraton, Novi Sad. - large rooms - big and comfortable beds - convenient underground parking (although a bit tight) - great breakfast with lots of things - staff always there to help And most importantly - our small poodle was welcomed as well! Cant think of anything negative… maybe only that location is not in the center, but we travelled around in our car, so not an issue. Next time we visit Novi Sad, we will choose again Sheraton for sure.
