The atmosphere and design is beautiful. The staff is great, always greeting with smile and helpful. The massage experience at spa was very good. The cocktails at the bar by King are perfect. We dined in the restaurant every evening and everything we've tried was just perfect. The menu is large so various to choose from. Net was greatly serving us.

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

We loved this hotel staying for 3nites. Good location near local high street with great restaurants and cafes. As it's a recently built hotel that things are very nice and clean. And staff were nice.

Everything was amazing; the room, the shower, the air-conditioning BUT THE STAFF MADE THIS 10000X BETTER ! I would like to thank Scott for his kindness and for always checking on us that everything is smooth - we could just message him on whatsapp and he would just respond after a couple of minutes. And of course you have to try their amazing loaded fries and burgers since they are one the best I have ever had in the world. Location is 10/10 ! Just 2 roads down from Bangla Road and still very quiet. Everything is nearby 7 11, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants. Also since they did not have an elevator in the hotel, they always caried all of our luggages even it was 3 small steps ! THANK YOU SCOTT ♥️🙏🏻 these people running this business are very kind and always smiling 🙏🏻👍🤝
