We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The villa was very spacious, and having a private yard with a pool where no one could see in was such a treat. We traveled during the low season, and while some days brought rain and big waves at the beach, we really enjoyed the larger pool set in the hotel’s lush garden. Another highlight was the third bedroom in the villa, which is located in a separate small house in the yard — such a great setup for families traveling with teenagers who like to sleep in. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend!

Lovely view but was in the middle of the day so was quite...

Lovely view but was in the middle of the day so was quite hot. WOuld suggest either early morning (for the sunrise) or afternoon (for the sunset). We had other places to visit as well so couldn't make the morning or afternoon.

Great location, right in front of the beach and close to Chalong pier, Yanui beach and Promthep Cape. Management was amazing, always helpful and thoughtful. The flat has all the amenities to make holidays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The house is big enough for our family of 8. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 people in each bedroom was nice. The location of the house was actually very easy to navigate to once you follow their instructions. The house is close to Rawai Seafood market, Promthep cape and other convenient stores.

The communal area and pool was lovely - one of the best for chilling out that I’ve stayed at. Food prices were slightly expensive but in line with other smoothie bowl type cafes and the showers/toilets were all great - showers were open air with flowers growing into them which I really liked. Also near to smaller beaches like Nai Harn, and Yanui beach which are really nice and less touristy. Promthep Cape is amazing for a sunset and it’s easy to get to Kata and Karon etc.
