Amazing room, everything was perfect: size, bed, AC, place for luggage, big window and view, shower, cleaning staff, free water... The location is right in the middle of everything, close to the beach, restaurants, diving centres, pier... but really quiet place at the same time with a great view of the mountain, perfect for the usual night rains.

Arriving at the hotel is already a show! They offer a free service to pick you up from the pier as soon as you arrive on the island. The place is a paradise, a dream, a movie set! Breakfast is buffet style, with a variety of Asian and Western foods. Our room was large, clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located on Long beach, you can pay a taxi boat to go to the center (100 bath during the day, 150 bath at night or 200 bath after midnight) We prefer to use the trail through the jungle which lasts from 20 to 30 minutes and it's a charm. The path of the trail is all along the coast, so you can see the sea in some parts of the route, at night there is street lighting and we did this route every day and only used the taxi boat 2 times while we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant food is very delicious!! We had fish with garlic and pepper that was the best I've had in my life. When we go to Phi Phi again we want to stay in this hotel again, I highly recommend it, it's a paradise!!

Fabulous location so close to the pier making it easy to take your own luggage from ferry to the hotel. The staff are very obliging. Choosing a water view room is a must as the view over the water, marina and beyond is mesmerising. It’s a new hotel so everything looks pristine. The bed is extremely comfortable and the TV is enormous. Great size balcony. A more than ample breakfast is provided at the cafe next door (Finlay). The hotel is in the heart of Phi Phi and the picturesque beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The location is very pleasant, a lot of shops, tours, restaurants and bars are within 10 min walking. And the hotel personnel is super friendly. We even checked in earlier which helped us with our planned tour.

The only positive of this old and outdated hotel is close proximity to Ton Sai Pier and a large swimming pool overlooking the bay. The beach is not accessible for most part of the day due to high tide and only opens up after 3pm but it gets so shallow and rocky you can walk in ankle high water through half of bay.

Ideal location, approx 10mins walk from Ton Sai Pier. Lovely beach front with private beach loungers. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon! My partner and I ended up getting food poisoning during our stay and had to stay an extra night but the staff could not have been more helpful and caring. One lady at reception was extra kind and checked in on us, and brought us up toast and bananas. Highly recommend!

Staff really helped us a lot, we forgot in the room an envelope with money and they helped us sending it to Krabi, we really appreciated it. Hotel was well located, 6 minutes away from Ton Sai Pier, with a nice pool and nice rooms.

Beautiful resort with stunning view. Our room was huge with a big balcony and with an amazing view. Had a great time there, good place for snorkelling. We had lots of choices for breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. 30 min walk to Ton Sai pier but there are long boat taxies available too. It is in quite part of the island. Thank you very much for all the help we had from the staff
