I liked the location next to the metro station. The room was very nice and big and value for money. The staff on reception were excellent and always smiling.

Everything was great, taking into account that the country is at war. For example, the air alarm started at 1 a.m. and lasted until 7:14, but breakfast was served anyway. Honestly, at first I thought, “Okay, I’ll just go upstairs and maybe grab some coffee at least,” — but no, there was a perfect breakfast as every morning. I also had to attend the shelter — comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is to be prepared that the room temperature is around 20 °C.

Shelter was very nice and comfortable. Staff were excellent, went out of their way to help us park our vehicle. Hot and cold filtered water on every floor.

The receptionist was very nice, they bring you breakfast to your room which was as well nice. Since rooms are in basement you can calmly sleep even during attacks.
