Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! I'm a solo traveller and I don't speak Ukrainian. Even during black-outs, they still provide you with everything: working elevators, breakfast...etc. The staff always handles everything for me with so much professionalism: early check-in, check-out, breakfast and so on. This hotel has become the only place where I book my stay in Kyiv. I am so grateful to have found them!

Very comfortable room, there is a fridge in it too. The hotel has a kitchen as well. Very friendly and professional staff - they are always there to help you. Great location-several minutes walk from the main train station, located at the 25th floor - amazing view!

Everything was great, taking into account that the country is at war. For example, the air alarm started at 1 a.m. and lasted until 7:14, but breakfast was served anyway. Honestly, at first I thought, “Okay, I’ll just go upstairs and maybe grab some coffee at least,” — but no, there was a perfect breakfast as every morning. I also had to attend the shelter — comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is to be prepared that the room temperature is around 20 °C.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, great location and I liked the hotel atmosphere - warm colours, flooring etc, sparkling clean, spacious.
