i stayed in the hotel with my family durning our summar vacation and I was so glad i stayed in the hotel. the hotel, the plaza, and the location are exceptional. everything is within walking distance especially the fishermen wharf. my kids loved the plaza and the chocolate factory. it is safe to stay with your family. if we are going to visit SF next year, we will have the hotel to be in our plan.

This was a must-do when we went to San Francisco and we caught a cable car to to top of the street, walked down it and then back up the other side to jump back on the tram to continue on to Union Square.

We wanted to find it on our way to the Oakland airport. It was early morning and suddenly we were driving down the corkscrew road! It was so fun. My kids loved the experience. And doing it at sunrise was perfect!

We took the trolley from Ghirardelli Square up the hill to Lombard and walked down. I cannot imagine driving in SF. We saw several folks on Segways come down the hill. They looked like they had a great time. Beautifully landscaped area.

Location was amazing, only 15min walk to Fisherman's Wharf, right at Lombard Street so about 10 minutes from the crooked bit of the street :) also 15min walk from a beach with great views from the Golden Gate (with free parking! can be full during peak hours though) and the Palace of Fine Arts. The beds were super comfy. Good a/c and fridge to keep things cool too!

Turned out a very good location on Lombard Street, just meters from Presidio park. Quiet end of ste street, our room at the back, we heard no street noise. Room was of good size with comfortable bed and good facilities.

The room was gigantic. We stayed at two type of rooms. One with two queen beds and one with a king bed. Both rooms were very spacious. They were also clean and well kept. Parking was easy. The first room was also quite since it was looking at the side street. The one looking at the Lombard street was quite noisy but a pair of ear plugs did the trick. We stayed there for a week and I would recommend.

The location is so great and we could walk to Fisherman‘s Wharf, Lombard Street, Cable car. It is safe place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a game room with billiard and others that we enjoyed, we could have coffee and tea anytime until 4pm and had cookies and milk at 8pm. We enjoyed our stay there!

The location is very convenient! Easy access by bus, in a walking distance from the coast and Crissy fields, and really close to Lombard street and Chestnut street, which are full of bars and restaurants. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The parking is indeed limited, maybe 15-20 spots for the entire hotel, but we still managed to get one spot and the car was safe for the night.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to Pier 39. Felt safe to walk around. There is a direct bus that just outside the hotel, that goes to Union Square and Golden Gate Bridge view point. Supermarket, restaurants, cafe and Lombard street are also very close. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely gone back :-)
