Everything. Great amenities, awesome breakfast choices, the location was perfect and within walking distance to old quarter places of interest including train street. Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. Seamless experience and stay at Hanoi, thank you!

Wonderful in every way! I have to start with the staff of this hotel. The minute we walked in we felt like we were being welcomed by family. Every single person we met throughout our stay was extremly welcoming and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurant, amazing peoole, thank you so much for everything. The hotel it self is lovely, great location, beautiful rooms, very good restaurant and breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Hope to stay with you again soon! :)

Great first impression of Hanoi! The staff at Acoustic Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first trip to Vietnam a breeze. They gave me great recommendations for local eats and sights, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a small street close to a big one which helps with the noise. Overall location is convenient. Rooms are clean and big enough. Bathroom was nice. We had to leave early and would have had the option to get breakfast as take-away, which was a very kind offer but at least one of us made it to breakfast in time as it starts really early and it was a decent breakfast with some things in buffet-style and some to order.
