Lovely place to relax and enjoy the spectacular nature of Trang An! Our room had indipendent access, it was very clean and had a bathroom "with a view"! We booked last minute and the staff helped us with early check-in and providing us a motorbike to rent. Really recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help. They arranged transportation for us to the hotel, provided a motorbike rental, and assisted in organizing our activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. The pool was lovely, and the views from the property were absolutely stunning. The on-site restaurant also served delicious food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay – everything was excellent!

We spent our 3rd and 4th night in Vietnam at Trang An Hometown Homestay. This is where I fell in love with this country, and the property deserves much credit for that. We were greeted by the ever-smiling and very friendly owner. The staff is actually a huge advantage of this place. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and friendly to us. We even ended up sharing some happy water with the owner :) Despite our visit being off-season, the staff opened the pool for us (we have Polish tolerance for cold). The rooms are large, comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. The restaurant serves good food, the wifi works, and additionally, the owners lent us bikes for a trip around the area. A big plus is the beautiful views all around.

The homestay prepared extra beds so there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Breakfast served at the table, although not too many dishes, was very suitable for my family's taste. The space was very chill, with many beautiful scenes around the homestay.

The house looks exactly like in the pictures, very peaceful and close to nature. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hostess was super nice and gentle and also helped us make the most out of our experience in Ninh Binh!

Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning...

Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning before the other tourists arrive, but in reality it is a couple of quite nice by nothing special temples in the main complex, a nothing special temple out in a very scenic valley bewteen karst towers, and a totally uninspiring temple up quite a climb up some steep steps near the top of a hill.

Accept the offer of a motorbike tour at the gate to see it all, otherwise you’ll never find all the locations. Trust the locals. They are trying to make a living sure - as we all are. But you gotta trust that apart from the odd taxi driver, in Vietnam most people ARE NOT trying to rip you off. Yes people offering directions are doing just that like you would at home. And do give some money to the lady monks who hold out their hands when you visit. It is how they survive. Don’t be cheap and mean please! I witnessed some bad white people behaviour here and in Tam Coc and Hoi An. Try not to be an asshole!
