One of the better hotels I've been to. Everything was perfect. The location is in the center, the room is big enough and clean with a very comfortable bed, breakfast starts at 6:30 which is important if you are planning to go on a tour. The staff is friendly, approachable and ready to help even if they don't know the information, they tried to find it. Everyone at the reception is extremely polite, especially Kathy. Even the support staff was very friendly (doormen, breakfast staff, as well as the maids). If we were to return to Hanoi, we would definitely come here again.

The best hostel i had in Vietnam. It's central, clean, has enough space for luggage, staff is friendly and you can get a new towel every day. Despite the location in the middle of the old quarter, it was quiet enough to have a good sleep.

I love the entrance of the hotel and making customers very comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent and easy access to restaurants and local tourist area. Love the fresh flowers in the lobby. I am impress the customer services with Mr. Marco at the receptionist. He is very helpful and willing to go beyond and above ; Making us as customers very important. I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.
