a great location to explore Hanoi, the hotel is very close to all tourist attractions (walking distance or 3$ Grab ride). It felt so good to cozy up in our comfy rooms after a day in the heat exploring the city. The team are very friendly and caring, made is feel welcome and made our stay even better than expected. I wasn’t feeling my best when I arrived to the Hotel, Rose made sure to organise for some tea and fruits to help me recover. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included great variety of local and intercontinental food options. The sky bar had a great view over the lake, perfect ambience, and super good drinks.
