A family-run gem nestled in the stunning landscape of Tam Coc, this homestay offers the perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle while being just a quick 10-minute walk from the vibrant center filled with bars and restaurants. Miss Ngue, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She helped plan our itinerary, organized a fantastic day trip, arranged transportation, and made sure we felt completely at home. Her warmth and dedication made our stay truly special. The rooms are cozy and spotless, with a delicious breakfast served each morning. There’s also a lovely pool where you can unwind. It’s a peaceful oasis to recharge after a day of exploring. But the real highlight is the hosts themselves – they are some of the kindest, most welcoming people we’ve met during our travels in Vietnam. Staying at Sunshine Homestay was an absolute pleasure, and I can’t recommend it enough! You cannot get a better experience than this. Period. Probably the best stay of my life. The host is super nice, he literally always had a cup of tea ready for us as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The views are stunning, there is a road that leads up to this and is very scenic. You can easily rent bicycles/motorbikes to tour the village. There is a free foot massage as well. The host gave us gifts as well at the time of departure. Everything was perfect.

I travelled with my wife and 7 other family members. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us arrange comfortable transportation from the airport and back to Hanoi. We had booked a couple of waterfront villas and a family room with Mountain View. All the rooms were really beautiful, clean and comfortable. The property is in a very good location which is calm and peaceful, and in a short walking distance from the Bich Dong Pagoda. The hotel also provided motorbikes for rent at an affordable rate. This made our trips to the Tam Coc town really easy. The breakfast spread was delicious with Vietnamese and continental options, even the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were really attentive to our needs and made our stay really comfortable, and also gave as suggestions for the itinerary for local sight seeing. They saw us off with snacks and water bottles for our return journey, which was a really sweet gesture.

The hotel is just amazing. Not only is it very beautiful and very good taken care (plants everywhere, common areas well maintained), but the staff is always smiling and nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of food for all tastes. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant hotel and the price is as expected inside an hotel and the food is good.

The friendship atmosphere, the courtesy of the Host and family. All were attentive to our requests. Taking time to listen and adapt. Breakfast time (which is included) is excellent. They even give you a basket of peeled local fruits. The coffee a real pleasure. For what you pay and the location, it is a real Gem. The TAM coc bót station is metres away. So easy to catch a boat.
