Everything was impeccable and the spaces are all very cozy. The private bath was a such a treat. We loved the views from the room and shared spaces as the house is next to the forest. Akira is an awesome host. Even though we stayed here during green (and rainy) season, he gave us lots of recommendations of things to do around the area. He speaks English fluently so communication was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

Pension Kaoru se encuentra en Kiso, en la región de Nagano. Ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, parking privado gratis y acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje. The owner was extremely friendly. The dinner was amazing. I was definitely worth coming here for the food. It was raining when we arrived but the next day it was beautiful. The pension was located in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Our favourite thing about the property was the wonderful and welcoming host, Yuki. He was extremely helpful and it is thanks to him and his mother that Marushige is run so brilliantly. Our room was traditional Japanese style and extremely cosy - although we were sleeping on futons on the floor we were very warm. The shared bathroom was very clean and all of the other guests were very respectful. The location was perfect for both getting to the slopes on foot, visiting local onsens and getting dinner along the Main Street. One night we had dinner at Marushige and it was fantastic, we ate some very refined local cuisine - they even served us a local delicacy of horse meat sashimi (I have to admit that I could not eat it as I don’t really eat meat but my husband tried it).

Pension Belnina está en Hakuba, en la región de Nagano, cerca de Estación de esquí Happo One y Terminal de autobuses Happo de Hakuba. Very friendly host. The shared bath was a private onsen, which was very telaxing.

ノマの森 Nomanomori B&B está en Chino y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y bar. El lodge ofrece TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con artículos de aseo gratuitos, secador de pelo y bidet. Es un lugar muy acogedor, hacen sentirte como en casa, desde ayudarnos a calentar nuestra cena del 7eleven, hasta dejarnos tomar un baño privado en el Onsen (muy recomendado). Cogimos solo una noche y lamentamos no haber estado allí más tiempo para poder disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece Chino y los dueños del establecimiento.

Shiga Kogen Lodge dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Yamanouchi, a 20 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani. We loved everything - from the food, the onsen, the new sauna and especially the owners and Moko!

El establecimiento Pension Tomato se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la estación de esquí de Hakuba Happo-One Winter y ofrece habitaciones amplias de estilo occidental con zona de loft. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

A 10 minutos a pie de Happo One Ski Resort, los huéspedes del Log Cottage Epoch pueden alquilar una casa entera. Everything is perfect. We had an excellent at week there. Toshi and his wife are excellent hosts. He drove us to/from bus terminal slopes, ski rental shops/supermarkets. He was so nice that sometimes we don't want to ask him for a ride. The kitchen is well equipped ranging from rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, sukiyaki pot, coffee maker, various sizes of dish and bowl, etc.
