The Amazon Muyuna Lodge is an ecolodge in the Tamshiyacu Tahuayo Communal Reserve , situated on the Amazon River shore, 3 hours from the centre of Iquitos. Away from everything, on a reserve , great guide Cesar! We got to see wild life at its own habitat, trips at night were amazing! We got to swim where some pink dolphins (boto) was jump around. Felt very safe, slept very well, food was good. The staff were great and very helpful! The company let you keep your bags at their agency before flight some you get to see Iquitos for a few hours. Amazing trip, very memorable.

We had the most amazing guide Remi who was so knowledgeable. I had a bites all over and he got some natural remedies for me and the bites went down very quickly. This property also gives it’s proceeds to libertad village to send kids to school and people to the hospital if they need it which it really cool! The vibe is social if that’s what you want or not if you want to keep to yourself. We had the most amazing experience here and will recommend it to anyone who is going to Peru.

The accommodation and dining conditions were much better than I expected. Living in the rainforest cabin, surrounded by nature, you could see interesting animals visiting every day. The best part was my guide Julio parano Garcia, a passionate, reliable, sincere and knowledgeable native of the Amazon, his perfect itinerary made me feel a very special connection with the Amazon rainforest. Great!

Staff was extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating. The canopy/zipline course is fantastic. Food was delicious with good portions. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
