The staff are great and it's obvious making your stay enjoyable is there main goal. Did I mention the chalet, it really has to be experienced to be believed - fantastic!!

Located on the banks of the Zambezi River, this Safari Lodge and Spa offers luxurious rooms only 10 minutes’ drive from Victoria Falls. It has a spa and wellness centre and a private river-cruise... I liked the location, cleanliness and attitude of staff. Aircon also worked very well. The rooms are roomy, giving you a sense of adequate space. Although I didn't use the gym, I was delighted to note there is one that I can use next time.
