The spa was magical! We were in a hot tub in the snow. The room was perfect - spacious and warm with multiple beautiful views of river. The staff were kind and helpful. They gifted us a bottle of crèment as a birthday check in treat. The breakfast room service portion was very generous. The location was 10/10.
