We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

It is nice and convenient hotel on the subway with OK connection to the city. We take the harbor view room in higher floor and the view is really charming. Room was clean and nice, only the safe in the furniture was old and little dirty. We do not have nothing to say wrong.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Located on the same premises as the Four Points Sheraton, this super luxury hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, particularly a gentleman from India who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's convenience is unparalleled, with a grocery store and an Indian restaurant on site. This was a godsend for me, as an Indian traveler craving authentic Indian cuisine. The complimentary shuttle service to the MTR station and airport was a huge bonus, making my stay super efficient and value for money. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung Hotel over opting for smaller, overpriced rooms in the city center. The luxury, convenience, and exceptional service make it an unbeatable choice.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Upon arriving in the middle of the night after experiencing flight delays, we were greeted by friendly staff with a room upgrade. I only wish we could have stayed longer than our overnight transit, as there was so much within the hotel we wanted to explore but just didn't have time. So many children's activities, as well as places to relax or get some work done. The breakfast was excellent. We will be back again next time we're in Hong Kong.
