It is in a quiet road yet easy walking distance to shops, the beach and a key pilgrimage temple with its temple elephant ! And only a few minutes I. A tuctuc to the busy and vibrant tourist centre and the other beaches.
Lal was always available and always always cheerful and helpful - what an amazing host. I felt like I was warmly welcomed into his home. I also enjoyed meeting the other guests and we shared dinner together.
Lal helped me with my decision about where to do day trips to and booked taxis for me!

The property location on the banks of Ashtamudhi lake was simply superb. Nature friendly resort with lot of faunas to explore during the stay. Everything was blended into kerala's unique cultural heritage. Staff was very polite and eager to serve.

While the property is only 5 acres, it is surrounded by the Ashtmudi lake. The view is nice and serene. It is in a private place. The Chef, Arun and the staff at the restaurant (forgetting names) were really nice and responsive.

We were travelling with an infant and the staff was very helpful with making the baby feel comfortable. The restaurant chef also helped with customized meals for the baby.
Special mention to Binoy who always was a smile away to help with whatever we required.

Food- The food and service at the restaurant was great. Most of the Kerala cuisine was excellent.Special mention to chicken mappas, beef fry, kai kada kari, peas curry, kerala porotta and stew.The desserts especially toffee almond tart was out of the world.
Price: Rooms rates are reasonable.
