We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The service and support from the hotel staff were truly exceptional, with Ahmed and Mohammed standing out as absolute stars. Not only did they speak excellent English, but they also made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were unmatched, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, offering plenty of useful tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel itself is a stunning, authentic Moroccan Riad, featuring spacious and beautifully designed rooms that made us feel immersed in the local culture. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would love to return in the future. The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

If I could give an 10+ I would. The host Moufir is fantastic. He is so helpfull with everything. Nothing is to must. He arranged a privateguide for us to see the medina and walked with us to the restaurant. The guide is Moundir and raised up in the medina so he knows a lot. My room on the third floor overlooking the mountains was stellar. Everybody was incredibly kind here. I seriously liked everything about this hotel which includes the fruit bowl in my room and the manager who went out of the way to make everybody feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The prices were more than reasonable as well and it's only about three minutes away from the medina.

Wonderful Riad. A riad that we would recommend everyone to visit because it is a true work of art. It would have been difficult to find it the first time, luckily the hotel sent us a person who carried our things in a trolley. The staff are very friendly. Very clean riad. The breakfast was wonderful. A very large selection, yogurt, fruit, various baked goods, freshly squeezed juice, hot coffee, cocoa for children and a wonderful view from the roof terrace! The Riad has marked the name of the hotel on the streets, thanks to which it is easier to find the hotel on your own. The room was beautiful and spacious. The most magical Riad we stayed in while in Morocco

This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
