The hotel is located 1 hour from CMX so very convenient. The surroundings are beautiful foothills and forest and the hotel area is really stunning with ducks, rabbits and nature. The room was better than I expected, like being in Japan. The Onsen facilities are equal to some of the best I have been to in Japan. Food was good, staff nice and I would happily stay again.

The quiet atmosphere made it easy to fall asleep and it was lovely to wake up and look out the window and see the green mountains in the near distance. The blue welcome drink was a refreshing treat. The American and Thai food offered at the hotel was tasty. The hotel provides basic amenities like toothbrushes and soap, as well as a mini fridge, a hot water kettle, and tea and coffee. Our group is looking forward to returning for a future stay at this hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous. The location is perfect, near markets, shops, laundrys, but far from noises and confusion. The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in in decsdes. Gorgeous 1920's design, amazing room with a deep bath and window bed, glorious tropical jungle pool hideaway...just perfect. Pay the extra and stay here. Staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious, location is right in the middlenof the old city and 15 mins walk to night bazaar. Great cafés and restaurant right on the same street. You will not find a nicer boutique hotel
