Stayed in a chalet, which was perfect for a two week stay. We had access to all the hotel facilities as well as having some self-reliance. It was great being able to use the pool and spa area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Vandans ski lift with a hotel shuttle bus if you don't feel like walking. Superb food in the restaurant.

Hotel owner met me at the bus stop to help me with my luggage! I did not at all expect that. The staff was amazing, my room was cleaned to perfection every single day. And there's a kitchen area in the room so you don't need to rely on eating out every day (great if you're staying for several days).

I would just improve the breakfast that was too simple and nothing gluten-free. Staff was extraordinary and location couldn’t have been better. Great wellness hotel with outstanding service. We were here to celebrate my Birthday and receive a great treat from the Check-in moment and all the staffs seems to acknowledge about this so everyone said HBD. This is very impressive to me. This family owned Hotel is very well decorated and managed. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed and great balcony with beautiful view from the Bodensee. Spa area is very nice, well decorated , and the treatment was also very good. The dinner is very delicious with various dishes to choose from plus the great wine recommendations from one of the Lady Boss (I forget her name). I would definitely come back to stay here and would recommend this!!

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the spa is divine and impeccably clean, the staff is wonderful and the service is unparalleled. We enjoyed some of the best meals of our trip here, with immense kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. This family run spa resort feels luxurious and personal, with the family members knowing you by name and welcoming at every turn. And the location speaks for itself, one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. We will absolutely be returning for a future visit.
