The staff is friendly and always willing to help, they took us to the party. and there are many activities, additionally the food is very delicious.

The room was lovely, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The property and grounds were very nice with many outdoor seating areas.

South Bank location was good, near lots of restaurants and the ferry. The rooftop pool and Terrace restaurant were gorgeous and have magnificent views.
