We stayed one night and had a great experience. The hotel was very comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the spa, pool, and gym—all clean and well-maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious; I especially recommend the lamb dish. Breakfast was also excellent, with a huge variety of fresh, delicious options. Our room had a stunning view of the lake, which is just steps away. Wasserburg is a charming little area and fun to explore. All in all, a beautiful place I’d happily recommend.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

I was deeply impressed by the warm decoration everywhere in the hotel, the small animals on the table, the candlesticks, the welcome chocolates placed on the bed, the snow brushes prepared for the guests with the car... It all makes you feel at home. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. You can order fried eggs, brew coffee in a coffee pot served to each guest, make you feel like a VIP. I will surely choose it again.

This 5-star superior hotel overlooks Lake Constance in the Petershausen district of Konstanz. The only bad thing was the WiFi & a small not well equipped gym but other than absolutely amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, always ready to help, beautiful location, clean, very nice facilities, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel !
