I really can’t find the words for this superb hotel. The views from everywhere are incredible, the grounds are like an enormous park on a golf course. Huge heated outdoor pool to just sit in. The building interior is like an enormous ski chalet with loads of atmosphere. We sat in the lounge at night. ordered bar food and drank beautiful wines. There is something for everyone at this hotel I just wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the reception staff could speak English well. The restaurant and lounge areas were relaxing, with the wonderful view and the food was great. A close walk into town. The room, bed and pillows were really good.

Host was very welcoming, communicative and helpful. They arranged to have a hairdryer in the bathroom for me. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery options within 5, 10 minute walk. I would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Bariloche.

AMAZING lake+mountain view from the room I booked, you could also watch birds hunting/walking around in their lakefront “backyard”. Walking the backyard in a misty morning was cool too. Room was cozy, comfortable and very modern. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is perfect if you are driving (and you should be for touring this area), easy access to roads that take you to Puerto Varas restaurants, to the airport, or to Chiloe.

I liked: 1. The location of the hotel. 2. The view of the lake. 3. The silence, which would not be there if the hotel was in the city. 4. There is a bus stop nearby, which allows you to get to almost any point in the city. 5. Unusual appearance and an outdoor pool. 6. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

Enjoy with friends or family our cabins, immerse in 7 hectares ancient treeswoods. The breakfast was excellent and even pretty :) The pool looked awesome but we just didn't have the time to go in it. The staff was super kind and very helpful. The room was perfect for our family. So much space and it was nice. I wish we had more time to spend here. We'll definitely return.
