Situated 1.3 km from Parque Araucano, The Place, features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. Really comfortable beds, was nice to have a mini kitchen - we were able to heat up leftovers and cook some breakfast. We also liked the balcony, it had a great view and it was very relaxing to just be there chatting, enjoying the chilly air.

The Luna bar is ultra cool, many locals make this a night out The rooms are equipped with illy coffee - wow [i am a coffee buff, this is like having lafite in the cupboard !!!]

We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

Everyone was wonderful! They treated us like they had known us forever. The breakfast was included and was absolutely wonderful!
