nice and clean room on the third floor, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast every morning with bread, fruits, eggs and variation of juices, close to restaurants and salsa discos, comfortable bed, hot water in shower. The hotel does not offer full laundry services but I found a llavanderia about 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

This is the place to stay when visiting Cali. Not only is the location perfect to visit San Antonio and the historic centre, it also offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy a holiday. The pool and restaurant area is truly wonderful. Very chic and always clean. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed in room 10 and it was super spacious. Staff were always kind and available. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, bakery, laundry less than 5mins from the hotel (even just opposite the road) They also packed a takeaway breakfast for our departure as we had a very early flight. Communication from staff was great before, during and after our stay (they even texted us to check of we felt better in the afternoon after our checkout). Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Really a magical garden, we loved our stay here and spent a lot of time on the terrace with a beautiful view over Cali. The staff was so welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing, always homemade :)

The breakfast was incredible, the staff was prepared everyday with a new delight and it was pretty much ready when we needed to. The room was with enough space and always clean. The staff provided enough water and always supported us in what we were needing. The staff is so kind and the attention was great!. If I ever go back to Cali, I would stay again in Leclerc without any hesitation. One of the best hotels I have been to. The location is also perfect, near many restaurants and big hotels. It was the perfect place for us.
