The whole crew is so positive and helpful. They gave us really good suggestions for our stay and really fulfiled our stay in Agra. Also they helped us find transportations for early morning which could be tricky for us as foregners. All in all we would recommend this accomodation to anybody.

The staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail that truly enhanced our comfort. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.
