Special shout out to Sunita from the front office who took care of all our requests and showed us around the property and to Kunal the gate guard - who was super helpful with his knowldge about Kolkata and helped us plan our each day with helpful tips and suggestions!! And not to miss - the food was awesome too each day - with super attentive and hospitable waiters!

From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!
